Update: No one EVER reached out to me about them drastically increasing my rent. I moved out today and will NEVER use this company again! I recommend that anyone looking for storage NOT use this company. They doubled NOT care about customer experience.

Update (10 days later) I was informed that someone would reach out to me with a solution, but this has not yet occurred. It has now been 10 days, and I am still waiting for a response.

Beware of Extra Space Storage: They hike rent by 43% without notice, deny loyal customers promo rates, and call it ‘month-to-month pricing.’ New customers pay $81; I was charged $267 for the same unit. Unfair and predatory. #CustomerExperience #DoBetter”
