I'm back one year later and had another great experience from start to finish. I never had any issues at this location, but I needed assistance my unit and had the privilege of meeting Ms. Donna. She was very helpful, worked efficiently, was knowledgeable, and delightfully courteous! A joy to work with!! I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Thank you, Ms. Donna.

Excellent experience in this storage location, We have problems with our storage after the Helene Huracan, so we decided to go to check our stuff because ours were located in an outdoor one. Thanks, god. Just two boxes were affected thanks to the leaks and floods of water. After an amazing customer service we can change to another storage indoor and with a better price consider the better space than the old we were occupying on that Sunday, that is an important detail to consider that we was thinking that nobody of the staff can help us on Sunday afternoon, after three months using their services was the best decision go to the storage that day
