Sandra has had good customer service very understanding keep the facility nice and clean I have no complaints when it comes to customer service. My problem is that I've been with extra space for several years and I've caught onto their system. They will raise the price for tendence already there that will make up the price difference for the specials that they are running online for new people. Unfortunately I moved my unit but now I have a bigger unit. I have 24 hour access and I'm paying a $100 less than what Extra Space Storage was charging me.
