I was planning on needing a unit.. then we had a change of plans ..AJ was so helpful and quick to get me a return on the unit I didn’t even use.. I’m happy with how polite and and easy he was to talk to.. I’ve always had great service with extra space storage as I have another unit in a different state.. happy it was a quick and painless phone call .. another thing off my list of things to do..
