I had the pleasure to encounter Paula & I do mean pleasure. To say she was phenomenal would definitely be an understatement. Her professionalism, patience and attention to detail is what's missing in the world of customer service. Paula was a breath of fresh air on a cloudy, complicated, stressful day of moving.
