Continuous calls and problems with running a card that’s on file
I’ve been there since 2020 and they still can’t figure it out
I was just told “we can’t run it unless you say so” I’ve been saying so for years!

Took a chance on a special deal I saw online one evening, well past closing time. Leigh emailed me early the next morning with all info needed for our first time onsite. Leigh was fantastic in all her communications; email, phone, and in person. Super helpful and considerate, it was a pleasure dealing with her.

We worked with Leigh to set up a space and she was very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful.
The facility itself had really good security, the facility was extremely clean. It was very easy to get in and out. We got a climate control unit and the hallways are great size and they had carts available for use. The doors to the unit opened easily and super clean.

Overall, very satisfied with the experience, The staff , and the storage unit.
