Much better service than the last time I was there the facility is clean. The management is nice and attentive. Even recommended a configuration when I just said a size to fit my needs.

I've had my storage unit at this property for the past several years. I came today to make a payment and was served by a new store manager, Ms. Lakisha. I found the new manager to be friendly, responsive, and very efficient in helping me with my payment and follow-up requests. It would be great if upper management keeps Ms. Lakisha around for consistent customer service excellence. I'm very satisfied with my recent experience at the property.
