Ash and Christina are outstanding!! The facility is top notch clean and they make me feel very safe storing my belongings there!! They are very welcoming and so sweet!! I will recommend them to every one I know!! Amazing job ladies ❤️

I was very satisfied the way they treat their customers. Whether it's calling about renting a unit, or for that matter in my case I was paying for a unit I bought through online auction. But very nice and respectful people. Especially Christy. She was probably one of the nicest person I've met that runs a storage facility. If your ever in the Rossville, Ga., area and in need of a unit where you will be treated with respect, I recommend them. Extra Space if you can see this just want to say thanks to Christy. The world needs more people like her. Great job.

Very annoying.
Monthly rates keep going up.
Keeps changing policies.
Now they require a code to get in that they “have always had” which is a lie.
Bc I didn’t have to punch in a code last month..
can’t wait for them to sell to someone else AGAIN.
People who work in the office are rude or just stupid.
