This place is amazing . I came in after having a horrible day and Ashley was able to help me get into a unit super quick . She was very helpful and showed me my unit before purchasing the unit , she made my day 1000x better with her great attitude and customer service !!!

I just want to say if you need a storage building go to the one on wilson road .in rossville ga.The young lady that is there is amazing. We had a problem. And she helped out.She explained how the gate works.I dealt with the old workers that was there.And they was not there to help .But Ash was so helpful and friendly. Please let her know how helpful and sweet she is.

My wife and I has had a storage building here for a while and the old owners were not very helpful. But since yall have took it up.All I can do is bag.Especially about Ms.Ash she is sweet and very helpful.We had a little problem. But she went above and beyond to help us.I just wished yall had more workers as friendly and polite as she is.If you do see this Thank you Ms.Ash.

Ash at the front desk helped me set up my storage unit super easy and quick. Had some circumstances pop up and she was more than understanding and willing to help. We need more people like her out in today's world. Very kind and compassionate. Would definitely recommend this location for the customer service alone.
