Extra Space Storage

Signed up for a storage unit when they first opened and had issues with getting into the unit. They very kindly moved our unit to a first floor. Since then, not even a year ago, the monthly rate has increased twice. It has doubled, almost tripled in cost. We have it automatically deducted each month, on time. I am very disappointed. This isn’t the correct way to do business, it’s the fastest way to drive good customers away.

I am in the process of opening a gym next to this facility. Sharonda welcomed me with a huge smile and such kindness. She fit me with a unit that met all my needs and very affordable. Quick and easy process and the sweetest hospitality ever!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
