I called in because I had to verify my payment went through for my unit. Derry has amazing customer service and assured me that everything did process on their end.
He introduced himself as the new store manager and I hope he continues to stay at that store. Again, great customer service

I was a current customer and needed a larger unit for storage. I stopped in at the Fleming Island, Florida located and met Derry. I explained to him my situation and he immediately reached out to his manager to see if they could accommodate my request. The manager and Derry were able to get me the unit size I requested and within my budget. I would also like to thank Derry for his kindness and helping me with a few items that was too large for me to handle by myself. Over the last three days I have been shuttling my items into my unit and always run across Derry relentlessly cleaning and mopping. This place is immaculate.
