Jaylen was fabulous. He answered all of my questions and easily showed me how the storage facility works. I felt very comfortable storing my things there and will gladly refer my friends .

I have had nothing but problems since renting here. When I first arrived they failed to hold a unit and I was forced to pay and move into a larger space. When a smaller unit came available I moved all of my belongings over just for them to double the rate without notice after 2 months (contract states a 30-day notice to be given). I tried to contact the office and the manager has refused to call me back going on 3 weeks now but they continue to charge my card. Poor business practice and communication. I would recommend any of the 5 other storage locations within blocks of this place.

Wow - I wouldn’t expect to be so impressed with a storage facility but I am. After moving halfway across the country, I’m so glad I went with this location for my belongings. Jalen went out of his way to make me not only comfortable with the site and assisting me with all I needed, but went out of his way to let me know more about my new area. Site is surprisingly clean compared to other storage facilities I’ve used before, relatively quiet & I had no issues finding it on maps. 10/10 experience if I could - thanks again Jalen!! :)
