Called to inquire about a storage unit at the Flagler Beach location I spoke with Jalen. He answered all of my questions. He was very professional, clear and concise. I will be reserving my unit here when I move to my new home on the beach. It’s so refreshing to know that customer service still exists. What a treasure Jalen is to your company.
