Extra Space Storage

I called to inquire about a storage unit because I’m looking to move out that way. I’m a bit nervous because I’ve never moved too far away from home and I have called a few different places. When I called, I spoke to a wonderful gentleman named Jalen. He answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns as we bonded on making a “big move” because he made one himself! He even went as far as answering my questions outside his realm and honestly made me feel so excited about venturing out. I can’t wait to see the facility in person and make my big move! I wanted to leave a review after a recent interaction i had. I was having difficulty figuring out if i could pay online so i called the store. Jalen was so kind and helpful. Although I am not the most internet savvy he was thoughful and really took the time to help me.

I am so impressed with extra space storage Flagler beach, especially the manager Jalen. I called to ask about pricing and unit types and he ended up giving me much more information I didn’t even think I needed. He recommended multiple movers, helped be decide the exact unit that was right for my needs, and he also gave me other storage sites in the area in case he didn’t have what i needed. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially the location in Flagler beach. Jalen was so great!
