Extra Space Storage

Having a bad day can only get worse when dealing with folks over the phone. But then, I got 'Brittany' from Extra Space Storage. She made my day in more ways than one. Kindness and understanding go a long way when you are working with a short fuse, like I had.
I kept having to hang up and call her back (because of me not her) the whole time, she stayed patient.
She literally changed my attitude. I felt free from anguish and anxiety about my days events. Now I can enjoy my time into the evening, breathing better knowing my items will be safe and sound in the care of Brittany and Extra space storage.

Clean, fast, and efficient. I have two storage units with them. The staff is really nice, and the facilities are always clean. I only wish the gates stayed open a little later, as I am a true night owl. Other than that, no complaints!

Staff is very friendly, storage is very clean and secure . I would use them again if needed.

It’s a very clean facility. Brittany was amazing to work with! I wish I could have selected the floor I was on but other than that I would totally recommend this facility to anyone!!!!!

2025 Chris & Brittany do an excellent job helping clients of Extra Space. As you can see I have been a client for over 10 years through a variety of owners located in the storage on Palafox next to the shopping center.

2015 Stephanie and her staff are always willing to help. The place is clean and kept in top condition.
