Extra Space Storage

This is not an experience I would want to repeat. I have an Extra Space Storage unit in Dallas. In fact, two of them as I write this. They are very nice.
I got into the facility here at the end of a long move with a lot of things. At 5:30 at night and my moving crew wanting to go home, we went to the Extra Space Storage to put all of my things in a climate controlled unit. I find out their definition of climate control means they have vents. I am unwilling to leave my things in there in the summer with just vents as climate control; so I had to hire another moving company on another day to go and get all of my things and move them to avid storage on Emerald Coast Highway. This was at least $300 out-of-pocket.

Super easy process. Booked my unit online in 5 minutes. Showed up to the office and 5 minutes later i have keys, lock, unit, and gate code. Friendly staff and user friendly process

Got the correct unit sized changed and a better lock.
