Discussed details in pricing as well as any fees that would be applicable, so that I would be properly informed as to what to expect, no surprises. Discussed storage size options as well as the most efficient options for my specific situation. Joe personally took the time to show me the physical space so that I new exactly what area I had to work with which made a huge difference. He also detailed the security so that I would feel comfortable having the peace of mind that my belongings would be well taken care of. Very nice, clean facility.
