So far, it has been an excellent experience. From the minute, I walked in the door. I was attentively greeted and assisted to find the right unit based on my needs.Incredibly helpful And very quick to respond to any questions. Was a great choice.

The manager at the Lake Mary 610 Reinhardt Rd. location has absolutely no customer service etiquette does not know how to treat. The customer doesn’t know how to talk to the customer just really overall bad experience with him. There was fraud with my credit card even though I had two other units there, I was never contacted that my card was not paying for it until of course it was going to be “foreclosed on” then they got a hold of me after the bills and the fees and everything … The manager would not budget an inch he just was adamant so then I spoke to Bert at the Reinhardt and 46 location and her and I came to a happy compromise. It was partially their fault partially my fault so we split it down the middle that’s Customer Service!!!! And also raising the rent every 4 to 5 months a unit that starts out at 110 after like a year is up to $200$220… I mean that’s just asinine. It should be a yearly raise if anything….. The only good thing about this storage facility for me is the location. I have decided though once my last unit is empty, I won’t be renewing anything here.
