Taking a moment to acknowledge the amazing customer service and kindness provided by Cynthia! First time getting a storage unit and she was so patient and understanding, allowing me to have a seamless experience. 10/10 would recommend to others simply so people have the chance to encounter such a friendly person :)

Storage unit was clean and easily accessible. The office staff was not easily accessible as there office was rarely staffed. The monthly rental cost was raised several times over the year of use. From $69 initial to $189 a year later.

Super experience , Cynthia is an asset to the company,,she was professional & friendly, facility is clean & appears well managed. Cynthia was patient answering many of my questions. I felt valued as a new customer. Highly recommend facility. Very positive experience.

I have rented several spaces over time. In that time I have not met anyone who tries harder to take care of her Customers than Cynthia the Manager at Extra space storage. She has made the experience easy to get started and to manage working with me in several situations' where others would have not cared or helped.
