Extra Space Storage

Horrible. My neighbor broke into my unit and took almost $2000, worth of tools. I reported it to the people in the office, and they gave me a paper to file a claim with their insurance company. I did that and never heard from them. This has been going on for 4+ months. They seem not to care about the people who are paying their paychecks. I highly recommend not to use these people. Cannot get a true full answer fron anyone that works there. By the way, my unit still has not been repaired. I would have them a -10 rating.

Absolute pleasure working with the folks over here in TITUSVILLE , Denise is a manager and other employees very easy operation. You can’t go wrong thank you everyone.
