Extra Space Storage

We rented two units for 10 months. Got there with the first load and couldn’t get in the doors; had to get manager to assist. Got there with the second load and the gate wouldn’t open. After about half an hour we got in. When it came time to empty the first unit, we rented a U-Haul, but the elevators wouldn’t working, manager couldn’t help with that. Had to return the U-Haul and go back the following weekend. Not at all convenient.

Not sure what to say, the place is clean and easy to access. All of my stuff is there where I left it ?. Friendly service and quick response.

Easy online process for leasing a unit! Staff was very attentive and professional anytime I had to contact them….which was only twice in the year since I have rented! The buildings always looked clean and the property is well kept!

Great storage, clean, climate controlled, & secure. Denise Hamilton helped us with our move out, she was wonderful in making sure all the details were covered correctly so we wouldn’t get charged any extra fees.
