I even lost my keys and with ease he assisted me through the process of cutting and replacing a new lock on my unit. He even informed me before powering his tool that it could potentially wake my newborn from her nap, and waited for us to step outside before doing anything.

The woman, Sharon, who helped us was so unbelievably nice and made this procedure painless! The storage facility is nice and clean and easily accessible.We are very happy so far and highly recommend this facility. :)

Sharon was super helpful during a very stressful move! The space is very clean, and when I had to go to the unit at night, it was well lit.

Sharron was so helpful and made the process of renting a unit and explaining how to access the space a very simple process. We have rented from them before and it's a great, well maintained and clean facility. Highly recommend!
