Good morning, today my experience with Maria was excellent . I appreciate the time she took to help me and resolve my issue. I definitely was a happy customer and extended my storage lease due to her customer service

My previous rating was very positive, but this has changed!
On the morning (December 2024) of moving my stuff into the storage both elevators where out of service. We had to start moving my stuff via the stairs. The manager told me she would give me a grace month of payment. She put it in the system and I saw in my app that my next payment would be in February.
I January I suddenly got a deduction of the storage rent. When I confronted her with this she told me she never made this change. I only would get a credit of $10, nothing more!
I trusted her and stupid enough I didn’t make any screenshots of my app nor if her screen! After all, my app confirmed that she did made the change!
Be aware of this!
