Extra Space Storage

We made the mistake by renting a space at Public Storage around the block online. I asked for a garage space I spent over a half hour on the phone booking. As I was explaining to the person on the other line from Public Storage that I needed it for motorcycles. When we arrived there, we couldn’t even get into the facility. There was no one working and only a phone number to leave a message. as we arrive, it was during normal business hours, but this site doesn’t have a person on site. They have to save every nickel and dime they can cause they’re terrible.. now I’m fighting them for my money back as well. Do not do business with them. Luckily I was able to get the gate code and look for the garage or supposal garage that we were gonna use. The garage was not a garage but a closet inside the building for two motorcycles mind you. What a bunch of incompetence.

Luckily, I found extra space and they actually had a person working, which was great. Pierre did a Excellent job helping us and we had a garage within a matter of minutes
