Extra Space Storage

Well this place changed the doors and locks without my knowledge and when I came in I had to wait until 9:30am for the office to open before I could get in and now I just showed up at 10:00am and can not get my unit because they are fixing the other doors and have everything blocked! Not sure why they can’t do this at night when no one will be here but this is horrible and will probably get a flat tire for driving in and will sue if I get one or get injured!

I was frustrated but Derek is awesome here so I will go back to my 5 STAR BECAUSE DEREK ROCKS!!!
