Smooth transaction and Pablo was very nice and professional.

This facility is big. I liked the 24hr access so I can come and go as I please. Had a little glitch getting signed up. I pd for extended hours instead of 24hr access. So I paid for a second unit, made sure access hours were correct, and then cancelled the first unit. The only drawback to all of this was waiting for my refund to post back to my account.. it took 4 days to get my refund. It's krazy how the banks can take money from your account immediately when you make a purchase, but refunds take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to get it back into your account. Newsflash, banking systems run 24-7. All the delays are to allow the banks to make money. Anyway, this facility is older and acquired by extra space storage. The gate was open upon arrival the first night. There were not any numbers visible on the buildings but that doesn't mean there aren't any. I just couldn't see them. After driving around 1x, I located the entrance to the hallway of the wing my units are in. Well lit inside. No hassle from the doors and was able to get into my unit which was waiting for me with a brand new lock that I was forced to purchase if I wanted to rent the storage unit. All of thqq companies are doing this now. Good news is you can return it to the property manager for a refund back to the payment used to make the purchase. It seems like a slick move but what you gonna do? Everyone wants to make money. But listen, the facility is under a makeover and being upgraded. It is a safe place to store your belongings and all and all a decent place and the people who work the office are kind and very helpful. I will keep my things stored here until I need to move again.
