Extra Space Storage

We lost our condo to Hurricane Helene and needed a storage unit for the items that were saved. Everyone recommended Extra Space Storage on Duhme Road in Madeira Beach/St. Petersburg. I registered for our unit online which was super easy to do. I was able to pick the size and location of our specific unit. I never rented a storage unit before and, because we live in Pennsylvania and could not be present at move in, I was really nervous about how our moving company would get the items into the unit. I phoned Extra Space Storage and spoke to the most helpful person ever - George! He was so kind and patient and gave me all the details about my unit’s location and how to use the lock and also how to access the gate. My movers had no problems and even had to go back with more things. This place is wonderful and George is an exceptionally kind person to explain everything to me in really easy to understand details. Thank you Extra Space Storage - and thank you, George!
