Extra Space Storage

We have just had our first storage rental experience due to the hurricane. The manager Jeff Martin in the Kenneth City location went above and beyond our expectations in assisting us with our storage needs. He knew we desperately needed more than one storage unit and when he saw us bring a load of items in he let us know that a new unit opened up. He also helped us by sending receipts via email so we could submit them to our insurance companies for reimbursements. We also had an amazing experience when calling to inquire about availability of units in our area. The person who assisted us was patient throughout the long process, and helped us during a difficult time in our lives. Can’t say enough good things about this company.

Shady business practice more than doubled our rate after only two months renting from them! That's not a cost of business increase that's price gouging with the hopes you don't have any other options. Go with someone else and save yourself the money and headache.

It was easy to sign up on-line, but I won't see the actual space for another week or two. Fair pricing, at least for now. I paid 3 months in advance for a decent discount.
