Jeff at the 54 Ave N in St Petersburg FL location was a pleasure to deal with and knew his stuff. The sign on and completion process was handled over the internet. I called via phone where he stayed on and walked me through each step. Thank you, Jeff!!!

Very nice facility, very clean. Climate-control area was kept at a good temperature. Easy to access. Was able to get into a unit and do the move-out online fast and easy.

Great customer service, I always feel safe, and carts are always available! Very satisfied!

This is an above average storage facility!

He precise and fair with dealing with all the issues I have seen over the last 2 years.
