Rachel is such a blessing, very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with, she got everything squared away for me in no time, her knowledge of everything made my experience top notch and stress free. I am very thankful for her and Extra Space Storage. The unit was exactly as stated, clean and ready to move my things into.

We’ve been so pleased with our experience at ExtraSpace storage and Lynette at this location. She is understanding and easy to work with. The facility is always clean and easily accessible. Highly recommend if you have short or long-term storage needs.

LIES!!! I rented this unit online and paid 4 months in advance. I called before renting and asked how much it would be after the 4 months. They assured me the rate would be the same. The 4 months is up and I just got a huge increase. I called and talked to the manager and she stated she has no control over rate increases. I looked, it is still the same price I was paying if you purchase through extra space online. So I asked if I could still get that rate. The only way to get that rate is to cancel my contract do an new contract and move all of my items! This is some of the worst customer service from a company to an exiting customer I have ever seen! Not only did they lie about the rate staying the same they lied about the increase and how it works. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!

Great place to store your stuff clean and well ran! And the nicest workers I have zero complains!
