The front desk clerk (I believe it was Tracy, sorry in advanced) was super friendly! She brought me to multiple units and showed me all the ones I wanted to see. I asked to see multiple. And she was very well informed about safety protocols and procedures. Helped me through the whole process and made it super simple to sign up

Review:

Check in and check out was super easy. I had great experiences with the staff as they made this portion my life transition very smooth. The unit was as advertised and never had issues accessing the facilities.
