Extra Space Storage

I haven’t had the need for off site storage in the past, but that situation changed several months ago. Omar, the storage facility manager is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and is very helpful in every way. So glad I found Extra Space Storage.

They excepted my payment online, then held it for a reason that customer service couldn't figure out. The bank and one of reps said it was in there system the other rep said it was on my end so they couldn't do nothing. They said that they would manually put it through and call me in 10 to 15 minutes.
Update: The man Omar made a positive encounter when I returned. I will raise my review 2 stars.

Omar is amazing manages the storage center efficiently and knows this location well!!
