My son and I came in to rent a 10x20 climate controlled unit and we were met by the lovely Ms. Carol with a smile. I explained our dire situation and she was a tremendous help the entire transaction. She showed us our options by taking us on a tour and was very knowledgeable as we asked questions that she answered.
