Extra Space Storage

I am currently renting a storage from Extra Space Storage (Life Stotage) for over 4 years now. And the biggest reason for me is due to Excellent Customer Service by Aurelia. She has helped me resolve issues immediately and always following up. I would highly recommend this facility.

the team at this facility is exceptional and facility itself is well maintained & kept clean as well as having a big single restroom.
nancy, rachel & others have been very accommodating in many situations including hurricanes! it is very comforting to be able to trust that my storage is safe.

I talked to a very nice gentleman (Name?) To see if I could get the monthly cost reduced to half of the new price change since Extra Space tok over . I'm in good standing with my payments, so was able to get payment cut in half. Thank you for your positive responses & your customer service was heartwarming ❤️. Thank you ?.

Management in the local office are very professional and prompt to respond. My experience has been in receiving excellent service which I would definitely recommend this Life Storage to someone looking for their storage needs. Thanks Orlean!

We have been using this particular Life Storage for 4+ years. I honestly would not want to go anywhere else. The facilities are clean and the staff is absolutely wonderful. We just had a matter we wanted to discuss so we went to the office.
We met the new store manager, Levi. He listened to our concerns with patience and addressed them promptly, with a smile. It's nice to know there is still good customer service somewhere.
