1/25/25 Upgraded my storage unit. When trying to consolidate two units, I damaged my lock key and couldn't get the lock to work. Brian was so helpful. He coordinated a time to get the old lock removed. I will continue to use Extra Space storage in Spring Hill for my storage needs.
