Extra Space Storage

Great service, great facility..

Houston was great! Very smooth experience.

This review is to acknowledge the outstanding service and help that I received from Mr. Houston Bush, the site manager of the Extra Space Storage facility located at 2550 Land O Lakes Blvd. Land O Lakes, FL. 34639 today, with administrative changes that had to be made on the 3 units that I rent from him. I had the chance to interact with him in the past, and I was always completely satisfied with his cooperation and professionalism, but today, Houston went far beyond the duties of a regular site manager, showing an extreme level of professionalism, efficiency, willingness to help, courtesy, respect, education, among other attributes, behaving more like a friend than just as a site manager taking care of his duties, not only ensuring the safety of the contents of my units, but also taking all the necessary legal protections required, due to the nature of the changes that needed to be made on my accounts.
I have rented units from other companies some years ago, and I never found anybody with the human attributes that Houston possesses. There a not enough words to express my gratitude towards him, and I believe that Extra Space Storage has in Houston and example of who a real site manager should be like.
