Eddy was a good guy and answered all our questions about the storage and honored the online promotions. The storage is clean and new too.

It is always a great feeling to get great customer service. A couple of months ago I visited this location. I was assisted by Eddie. He was very courteous and provided detailed explanation to all my concerns, including the 'what if' questions.

Today I went back to this location and was assisted by Jess. She was also very courteous. I love the fact that both Eddie and Jess information given to me were aligned. It gave me peace of mind to know that they were both on the same page with the service. I said this because I have visited other storage business in which I have been given different information by staff working in the same location, making me feel sceptical; especially when it comes to prices. Regarding the price, after much search, I found the price very reasonable.

I give this business a five stars for the location, promotion, price and for providing exceptional customer service.

Eddie Ruiz, our customer service representative was top-notch. He met us at the door and quickly explained everything to us in a professional manner. The storage itself is beautiful and very clean. We look forward to using it with peace of mind.
