Extra Space Storage

This company claimed to have given me a promotional rate and went up 40% on my bill after 4 months! Over $100 in one month. After you store all your stuff in a unit, your only recourse is to move again. I was not aware of the rate change. It’s just a shame that a company would be this unscrupulous and underhanded. I will never deal with them again or any company like this. The people who work here have no authority to deal with any problems that arise. All other facts aside, to go up $100 on a $245 monthly rate is just absurd! I have reported them to BBB.

Skyler and Doreen are the best! Nothing was too much trouble, in fact they went above and beyond to help with our situation. The location is run efficiently and they are both so understanding, friendly and helpful in getting the best option for our needs.
