Ms. Rose, the store manager at the McLemore location has been extremely helpful in assisting us with our initial sign-up for a unit and our unit transfer. Their team went above and beyond in taking the initiative to reach out for follow-up communication and to ensure our unit transfer process was as convenient as possible. We’ve had a pleasant experience with them.

I’ve had a wonderful experience renting a storage unit here, and I want to especially commend Rose, the manager, for her outstanding service. She is incredibly professional, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. It’s clear that she truly cares about the customers and the facility.

The rest of the staff are also friendly and efficient, making the entire process from move-in to accessing my unit seamless and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe.
