Extra Space Storage

I didn’t like the fact that extra space storage decided to raise my price w/o calling me instead they say they sent a letter that I didn’t receive. If you can call or email me about my bill being due why not contact me those same ways about making changes to our agreement? Anywho Lisa went above and beyond for me with getting things situated to the best of her ability. I truly appreciate all she did for me. Thank you again Lisa
Extra space do better with how you move, some ppl get storages because they are on the move, so they may not be at an address that’s provided.
