Great staff and always clean! However, Corporate controls rates and you will experience SIZABLE PRICE INCREASES approximately every three months. They assume you will not move to another facility or simply not notice the increases.

I booked a unit to rent, and ended up not needing it, and they were very helpful in resolving it amicably. Can’t comment on the storage unit, but everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional.
