Packing, unpacking, and digging through your storage units is never a fun time...but I had the most personable, outstanding customer service today by Madison Simms the assistant store manager. I was there to pay my storage and dreading going through my unit to find a sewing machine...and this little lady had such amazing positive energy that I completely forgot I was frustrated and walked out with a little extra pep in my step. Truly the best hospitality experience I have ever had. Your rock Madison! Keep up the great work.

We've been customers with Extra Space Storage facility for many years now, and the staff at the Biloxi location, especially Gwen Waits is always so friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help us with any of our growing needs as it changes throughout the years.
