I’ve been a fan of Extra Space Storage since Spring of 2021. Once again I found a wonderful location that I could count on. Extremely excellent customer service, high quality / clean storage with great temperature and excellent prices. I highly recommend this location. Thank you all so much for Jenna and her team at this location. They have proven to me once again why I’m a fan of this company.

I recently had a devastating house fire that left my kids and I displaced. I searched several different locations to find a storage unit to move my furniture until I could find another home. I went in and spoke with Jenna about a couple different sizes that I might need to properly store the amount of furniture I had. Jenna was extremely kind after discovering my circumstances. She offered me a great discount and I knew it was the Lord Jesus working through this person to help me in my time of need. It was wonderful! I had the best experience! In my 53 years being on this earth, I had the best customer service experience with Tiffany at the Ocean Springs branch!! My WiFi was down and I was traveling and she assisted me (even when her shift was done) to assist me with my two units. She was great!! Highly recommend this storage unit in Ocean Springs!
