Lindsey White the customer rep is amazing. She's as professional as a rep I've every met. I truly appreciate her and wanted to share that with the company.

Update- The only downside thus far is that your monthly price increases. I started out at approx $84 and now pay almost double that after having 3 price increases.

I still recommend this facility it just helps to have the information going in.

Otherwise the facility is nice, the unit was clean upon move in. Each person I interacted with was kind and helpful. Lindsey answered all my questions and was personable. I've never had problems with access and feel secure while on site.

Jessica was great! Excellent customer service! Helped me with everything thing I needed. Highly recommend!!
