I needed a storage unit on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received! She was super helpful in suggesting what size I needed ( which was perfect!) and the price was great!

DO NOT RENT HERE.
LEARN FROM OUT MISTAKES!
We needed a short term rental, while preparing to move.
When calling to move out, we were told the prorated rate and ended the call.
It was not emphasized to OUR UNDERSTANDING that we needed to call back to pay the lesser rate, the day before it was actually due.
I made the full payment online the day it was DUE.
We're in the middle of moving things slip through the cracks, we're human.
I called today to learn that they CAN NOT AND WILL NOT, refund the extra $46.00.
Just rent storage units somewhere else where they are actually human beings with hearts.
