I used to love this place, I have multiple storage units here but in the last 3 months it's terrible now. My rental storages have doubled almost tripled for some of them. They are all the same size right next to each other and all different costs. It's absolutely ridiculous the cost for no lighting in my storage units or access to a dumpster.

I have a strange room I can barely get in because my door is still not fixed going on 3 months now. When Brittany was working here she had my bills straight the facility was well maintained.

I recently found a dead mouse in one of my storage units! I Have tried to speak to the manager here and he is absolutely no help. Unless my bill gets straightened out I'll be leaving here and going somewhere else.
