Extra Space Storage

After shopping around several area storage facilities I chose Extra Space Storage in Westlake. Head and shoulders above other facilities in every way. Five star facility and five star staff. Courtney is wonderful, kind, helpful and went above and beyond to help us. She is a gem. Nate is also terrific and responsive. They genuinely care about their customers and their business and that is what set them apart from their competitors. The building itself is brand new, clean, bright and well designed. There is a bay you can pull in to unload your items so you are protected from the elements. This is the place to choose!

Facility clean & well lit. Access easy. Chris Johnson made this rental process easy. Chris even walked me through the entire process staring with gate opening - opening to pull your vehicle into - and showed me the actual unit with demonstration of using the cylinder lock!
