Nothing but a bunch of crooks. In a little over a year, my rent jumped almost $80 per month more for a 10x10. I should NOT be paying $200 for that. I guess we’re just paying for the new units to be built in Niles. I’ll be taking my stuff somewhere else because I know this place will tack on another $30-$50 per month in 4-6 months. What a joke. I should have never left the storage place that I was originally with.

They have been great. Wonderful location. The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful ! And I love the ease to get into my unit and never have had any issues...
