Extra Space Storage

Costumer service was great and very helpful through my experience!

Facilities are nice, HOWEVER every few months there is a price increase and at this point its ridiculous, my 1st payment was at $179 now Im sitting at $223 and haven't had my unit for a full year. By the time next year hits I'll be paying over 3 or $400 which in my opinion its not worth it. Customer service its a hit or miss, my 1st interaction was with a bunch of Entitled A-holes that were no help and my 2nd interaction with staff was a very nice lady that went above and beyond.

This storage space is amazing/ secure and the clerk was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Online pricing is deceptive and they do required you to pay insurance monthly and extra fees for your lock/admin fee (a one time purchase) but it wasn’t terribly expensive monthly compared to other spaces we looked at. It does cost $100 bucks to start though so be aware you will be paying a lot at the start.

My experience at extra space storage was extremely great I’m in the middle of moving and needed something quick and jenn was so sweet for helping with the pricing and getting everything together
