This would get 5 stars of it wasn't for the unprofessional guy at the front desk having an attitude because I asked a simple question. He doesn't need to be in customer service that's for sure. This is at the Batavia location

Incompetent and rude staff & facility is full of huge pot holes over entire site that can cause serious damage to customers vehicles. Rent increases are 100% after 3 months, which they don’t tell you about before moving in. Security is lax with several large holes cut in fence line and cameras that don’t cover hallway units. Not a place anyone should feel comfortable about storing here!
